Conference can be started
without Moderator		 On      Off             Would you like callers to talk to each other before you arrive on the call?
                                       Usually "on"
Entry Chime On       Off            Would you like a door bell when someone enters your call?
                                       Usually "on"
Exit Chime On       Off            Would you like a bell every time someone leaves the conference call?
                                       This is usually "off" so that you do not get disturbed during the call.
Caller Announcement On       Off            When someone enters the call he/she records their name so that system
                                       will announce the caller when he/she enters the conference.
                                       50% of our customers keep it on while others keep it off.
                                       Default is "off"
  
Moderator is the chair person of the call. He/She who opens the account and has control over the calls. Remember you can change these settings any time by logging into the customer portal.
